AAA experience, now going indie.

I've spent over a decade building game worlds at some of the industry's top studios, shipping titles across multiple AAA franchises on PC and console.

Using the gathered knowledge, I spent years teaching game development - building curriculum and eventually becoming an authorized Unreal Engine instructor.

I also worked on VR and AR applications - building interactive real-time experiences beyond games using real-time game technology.

DevTrap Studio is the next chapter - putting all of that craft into games I believe in, built solo.

In video gaming something got lost along the way - not the technology, not the budgets, but the values. Games that pull you in immediately. No friction, no filler. Just craft and immersion from the first second. That feeling didn't disappear because the medium moved on. It disappeared because the priorities did.

After more than a decade building games at AAA studios and teaching the next generation of developers, I know how games are made at scale - and what gets lost in the process. DevTrap is the other side of that. Full creative ownership, no layer of industry between the game and the person playing it. A gamer making games for gamers.
